1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Street Food Spot platform ("Platform"), operated by Street Food Spot ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Platform connects food truck operators ("Vendors") with customers ("Customers") seeking nearby mobile food services. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

3. Use of the Platform

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Vendor account. Customers may use the Platform without registration.

3.2 Vendor Accounts

Vendors are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and up-to-date information about their truck, location, hours, and menu
• Ensuring their food operation complies with all applicable New Zealand health, safety, and licensing requirements
• Keeping their account credentials secure and confidential
• Promptly updating their status (Open/Closed) to reflect actual availability
