Version 2.0 — Effective 9 August 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Street Food Spot mobile application and website at streetfoodspot.nz (together, the "Platform"), operated by Street Food Spot Limited (NZBN 9429053647948) ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in New Zealand.

The Platform connects mobile food vendors ("Vendors") with customers ("Customers") looking for nearby street food. Vendors can publish their location, hours and menu, and — where the feature is enabled for them — accept orders and card payment through the Platform.

By accessing or using the Platform, or by placing an order through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

What changed in Version 2.0: the Platform now supports online ordering and card payment, and customer accounts. Sections 5 to 9 are new and set out how orders, payment, refunds and fees work.

3. Definitions

• "Order" — a request placed by a Customer through the Platform for food from a Vendor.
• "Vendor" — the mobile food business listed on the Platform that prepares and supplies the food.
• "Customer" — a person using the Platform to find food or place an Order.
• "Plan" — the tier applied to a Vendor's truck, which determines whether online ordering is available and what fees apply.
• "Platform Fee" — the commission described in section 9.2.
• "Card Surcharge" — the payment-processing charge described in section 6.4.
